Units

Follow our step-by-step guide: 

1. Go to Settings > Units:
   
   
    
2. Select "Create unit":
   
   
    
3. Write a title for the unit you want:
   
   
   
    
4. Save your changes:
   
   
    
5.  Click “Products” and select or create the product you wish to link the unit to:
   
   
    
6.  Select the "General" tab, and select the newly created unit from the dropdown list: 
   
   
    
7. Save your changes:
   
   
    
   
   TIP: Units can be used as a sort of text label, where you can specify eg. length (centimeters, meters, foot, etc.), content (liters, ml, cl, etc.). In this setup, the amount og bought products will then determine how many meters (if the unit is length) the customer wants to buy. Alternatively, you can also use variants for this purpose if you want to pre-define the specifications, such as 5m, 10m, 1 pallet, 3 packs, etc.
