How do I setup OnPay?

Use our step-by-step guide

1. Go to Settings > Payment :
   
   
   
    
2. Click the title or the edit icon to edit:
   
   
   
    
3. Check the delivery country:
   
   
   
4. Save your changes:
   
   
   Note: The payment method will now be visible in the shop. If you want to keep the method from being visible for the time being, you can leave the delivery country empty, and the method will not be shown at the frontend of the shop.
    
5. Insert your Gateway ID and Window secret as found in your OnPay payment gateway in Settings > Payment windows:
   
   
   
   1. Highlight and copy Gateway ID
   2. Highlight and copy Window secret
   
   Insert the values to the shop:
   
   
6. Save your changes:
   
   
7. Connect to the OnPay gateway via the link that has now appeared:
   
   
8. You are then redirected to OnPay where you will be asked to log in. If you do not yet have your login details, you can click the forgotten password link:
   
   
9. Approve access:
   
   
10. Verify that the connection has been established:
    
    
11. Click "card setup":
    
    
12. Check the cards that your acquiring agreement supports and select the delivery country as well:
    
    
13. Save your changes:
    
    

Remember to enable other payment methods (MobilePay etc.) that may be included in your subscription.

Note: As mentioned, the delivery country determines the visibility of the payment method in the shop. If your shop is already live, you can choose not to set the country of delivery until the payment method is ready for use.
