How do I change my account information?

    Use our step-by-step guide
    1. Go to Settings > Account information:

    2. Fill out the information on the page. The information will be displayed in the shop, the order emails, invoices and on the contactpage:

    3. Make sure both email fields are filled in correctly. The field "E-mail sender" is used by the shop system to send order status emails:

    4. Save your changes:

    Note: Do not use free email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. These cannot be set up for authentication with SPF and DKIM, and order emails may be rejected upon receipt.
